A short drive from Hanoi to Perfume pagoda, you can visit one of the most important religious Buddhist sites Vietnam. Perfume pagoda is a culture religion in Vietnam, including dozens of Buddhist temples, pagodas. It is a land with harmony between the real and dream, traveling to explore the beautiful landscape by waterway you have to pass through a wonderful, peaceful stream.

8:00-8.30am pick up at your hotel. We spend about 1.5 hours drive through the picturesque countryside and back roads to the village of Duc, where we get on a small boat for one hour trip up Yen stream. The boat journeys down a narrow flowing stream fringed by rice fields, temples and grass and you will have the option to stop and visit some of these temples before heading to Huong Tich cave. It’s an uphill walk to the Perfume Pagoda (on top of the mountain) which will take around one hour (or opt for cable car transfer only 10 minutes from the station to Huong Tich cave).
Descending and have lunch at restaurant. Continue our way back, get to Thien Tru quay to visit more beautiful and precious sculptures, taking photos, worshiping, getting on boat again back to the wharf and transfer back to Hanoi.
On the way back, if you are interested, stop at Van Phuc silk village, the cradle of best silk in Vietnam once, learn about silk making process and shop for finest silk products in Van Phuc village.
Return to Hanoi late afternoon, drop at your hotel (expected about 18.00).
Note: Going uphill involving slippery steps, so remember to bring walking shoes or boots.
