7.45-8.30 Morning depart from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, located in the marshy Red River delta, featuring a network of waterways coupled with spectacular limestone formations rising up from rice paddy fields. Spend one hour visiting the Dinh and Le temples of the Ancient Capital Hoa Lu which are dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, the founders of the ancient capital during the 10th century.
Continues to Tam Coc and have lunch at restaurant with local specialties before checking in your room at Tam Coc bungalow, take rest at the bungalow.
Afternoon, hop on a bike and cycle to Mua cave with stunning countryside with rice fields, buffalo, goats…along the road (4km biking to Mua cave). You start walking up to the top of the mountain for a panoramic view of Tam Coc area and the stunning countryside surrounding. Descending and visit Hang Mua and a fairy stream for relaxing.
Cycle back to Tam Coc through the villages with daily life of local people. Time to relax and shower.
Evening, let’s join a Cooking lesson to learn how to make the authentic cakes with simple available ingredients at home. You may spend time to relax, cocktails or swim before the dinner served around 19:00, then enjoy the night at Tam Coc Bungalow.
Welcome a new day with sunrise breakfast at hotel then pay a visit to morning local market to see how local people sell and shop with authentic goods that you never see in the tourist places. Then enjoy the exciting boat trip on Ngo Dong River sailing through caves and stunning river, fields surrounded by limestone karsts.
11.00 You finish the boat trip and savoir the authentic lunch made by local chef at hotel.
After check out, you have your own time to relax and have Afternoon Tea to highlight a lovely day and get on bus to go back to Hanoi.
Trip ends around 18.30 in Hanoi, we drop you off at your hotel.
