Arriving at Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City, the hustle and the bustle metropolis city, meet at the airport and transfer to your hotel in down town Ho Chi Minh.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).

Morning pick-up at your hotel and head out for Cu Chi tunnels – used to be a VC base during America war, a network of legendary tunnels. Watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. Also on displaying are various man-traps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels to see the first hand how the Vietcong communists were able to survive in this underground network.

For those who are interested, there’s even an opportunity to fire off rounds from an AK47 or MK16 at the nearby rifle range (option only, fee not included).

Return to Ho Chi Minh City and have lunch at restaurant, enjoy delicious local food.

Afternoon Saigon city tour begins at the century-old Reunification Palace, which witnessed the growth of Ho Chi Minh City during peacetime and throughout the Vietnam War until its end in 1975.

Continue to the nearby French colonial area, including a stop at the impressive Saigon Notre-Dame Cathedral, discover the magnificent neo-Romanesque architecture as you take in the tranquil atmosphere inside. At the opposite Central Post Office, one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City, learn about this significant landmark — the busiest post office in Vietnam. Time permits, visit Ben Thanh Market, a lively market in central District 1.

Take a short flight to Da Lat, the eternal spring highland city. Upon arrival in Da Lat, pick-up and transfer to your hotel. You will spend the day to explore Da Lat. The highlights are Crazy house, Linh Phuoc pagoda, Lam Ty Ni pagoda, Bao Dai Summer palace, the old railway station with only 8km network of tracks, the Tuyen Lam Lake for an hour’s elephant ride on the island in the middle of the lake.

Your time will be your own, relax at your own leisure or join optional street food tour in Da Lat, tour to Lang biang or waterfalls in Da Lat.

The day is for transferring on land to Nha Trang. Nha Trang is a coastal city at the center of a large bay with offshore islands. It has been considered as heaven of beaches. There’s plenty to see and do, a vast sandy beach, good range of restaurants, hi-end resort, boat cruises, cultural sites and something for everyone especially those on family holidays.

We board a boat for a day trip around the coastal islands of Nha Trang Bay, stopping on the way at a local fishing village to observe the island life. Today we also have lots of time on the blue clear water enjoying swimming and snorkeling or lazing on the beach. Mun Island is the best island for snorkeling and diving where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. You will also be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nest.

Get back in town late afternoon and visit the Long Son Pagoda and the impressive Ponagar Cham Towers, which are overlooking the colorful fishing port.

Free at your own leisure relaxing on beautiful beach of Nha Trang or make your trip to Vinpearl to enjoy the amusement park and island escaping.

After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Hanoi.
Arriving at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, welcomed and driven to your hotel. Time to relax after your journey.

Evening, enjoy the savor of Hanoi street food, take a walk through Hanoi’s Old Quarter street markets with a local guide who’s passionate about food, and discover the exotic flavors of Vietnam. Take your pick from traditional Hanoi Pho (beef noodle soup), Nom (green papaya salad with seasoned beef), Banh Goi (pillow-shaped rice pastry with minced pork and mushroom), Banh Cuon (hot rice paper with pork and fried onion) or Bun Cha (fresh noodle with grilled pork)…

Overnight in Hanoi.

Morning depart for Halong bay, a 3-hour drive through the Red River Delta to Halong City, comfort stop en route for stretching your legs and coffee before arriving to Tuan Chau marina.

We then board on a traditional wooden sailing junk for a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Halong Bay, giving us the chance to take in the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site, enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape with Fighting cock, Dog Rock and Incense Burner. Halong is an excellent example of a Karst landscape with its 2000 islands created by a complex chain during millions of years of geological movement.

Lunch will be served on board with sumptuous fresh, local seafood.
Afternoon enjoy a swim and kayaking to explore some of the limestone caves in this area. When the sun comes down we drop anchor for the night nearby a remote island.

Overnight on boat

Watch sunrise on the misty bay, take part in Tai Chi class. Continue cruising around the bay and enjoy the impressive views of Bai Tu Long Bay, Bai Tho Mountain and the city overview, a close up view of stunning limestone peaks while having full breakfast (Brunch).

Disembark at Tuan Chau harbor and drive to back Hanoi.

Free to go shopping around Hanoi old quarter or relax at your hotel until our driver come and transfer you to the airport for your home bound flight.
